Role Overview

Sales Engineer

The position requires frequent travel within Delhi NCR, South India, Western India, and surrounding regions to meet clients, conduct demos, and close business opportunities.

Job Profile

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential customers in key industrial sectors.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable Test & Measurement solutions (e.g., Hardness Testers, Roughness Testers, Borescopes, Power Quality Analyzers, etc.).
  • Manage the

    entire sales cycle

    from enquiry to quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with technical and application support teams for pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Track competitor products, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

    in

    Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering

    (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience

    in technical or industrial product sales.
  • Strong understanding of

    Test and Measurement Instruments

    or related technologies.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to

    achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to

    travel extensively

    within the assigned region.
