Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand technical drawings and specifications to accurately assess project requirements and communicate effectively with engineering and production teams. • Feasibility Study: Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments for new inquiries, including material availability, machining capabilities, and lead time estimation. • Technical Expertise: Apply sound knowledge of engineering principles and machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, etc., to provide accurate quotations and proposals. • Time Study: Analyze operations to estimate processing time and optimize cost efficiency for quotations and delivery commitments. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular communication, technical support, and prompt issue resolution to drive repeat business. • Negotiation and Closing: Handle pricing negotiations and contract terms with confidence, aiming to convert inquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining company profitability. • Order Conversion: Track and follow up on leads and quotations to convert potential inquiries into confirmed sales orders, ensuring targets are met.
