👨🎓 Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil

Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and develop business with Architects, Builders, Developers, PMC & Contractors
✅ Generate leads through cold calling, meetings & project visits
✅ Collect project information and provide technical presentations
✅ Offer technical support & quotations to clients
✅ Negotiate and close orders, coordinate pricing & deliveries
✅ Follow up on order execution & payments
✅ Work with internal design and procurement teams for proposal submissions
✅ Knowledge of Autocad is a plus
