Position: Sales Engineer 📍 Location: Gurgaon 👨‍🎓 Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical / Civil 🕒 Joining: Immediate = = Experience ;- 0-3 Years 🏢 Industry: Construction Hardware / Architectural Fittings Key Responsibilities ✅ Identify and develop business with Architects, Builders, Developers, PMC & Contractors ✅ Generate leads through cold calling, meetings & project visits ✅ Collect project information and provide technical presentations ✅ Offer technical support & quotations to clients ✅ Negotiate and close orders, coordinate pricing & deliveries ✅ Follow up on order execution & payments ✅ Work with internal design and procurement teams for proposal submissions ✅ Knowledge of Autocad is a plus 💰 Salary & Benefits 💼 CTC: ₹3.20 – ₹3.50 LPA 🎯 Performance Allowance – Yes 🏆 Sales Incentives – Yes 🚗 Travel Reimbursement – Yes
