As a sales professional, you will demonstrate a degree of flexibility and thrive in a fast-paced organization. Moreover, you will exhibit a high level of emotional intelligence and possess a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth. Ideally you will have: a) Strong customer-facing experience and understanding of their needs and requirements, with the ability to drive actions and advance business opportunities. b) Experience in value or consultative-based field sales, managing customer accounts. c) Proficiency in planning and implementing long-term commercial agreements. d) Exposure to compiling, analyzing, and generating sales figures/reports, as well as conducting market research on products, market trends, and competitors. e) Capability in portfolio planning and effective time prioritization. f) Resilience when working under pressure while maintaining high-quality output. g) High degree of learning agility, humility, and willingness to share successes. h) Possession of a valid Indian Driver's License. JOB PURPOSE This is a sales profile with focus in achieving and exceeding the set objectives and financial targets. Description 1 - Territorry Knowledge - Should have worked for a minimum period of 5 years in around Jaipur in the area of Sales, preferably in Electronics, Electricals, Testing & Measurement and Automation Components & Products. 2 - Customer /Product Knowledge - RS Components India's major business is via direct customer interaction Having said that the core experience of the person should be in direct sales in the arena of Industrial sales, preferably in the following product ranges: Electronics and automation products. 3 - Field Sales Orientation - Being in the high connect and high service industry the role holders a major portion of the day is spent conducting field visits, local as well as outstation 4- Soft Aspects - Self-Initiator , Solution Orientation , Execution Rigor 5 - Communication Skills - Should have excellent communication skills and Should be fluent in the local language 6 - Education - B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics / Electrical / instrumentation) , Management Qualification is preferred
