Job Title: Field Sales Engineer – Solar Location: Okhla Industrial Area Phase -2, New Delhi 110020 Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and sharp-minded Field Sales Engineer to drive lead generation and engage with potential customers in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen willingness to learn, and the ability to build relationships with customers while promoting our solar solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers to promote solar products and solutions. Customer Engagement: Meet with customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions. Technical Consultation: Explain solar system benefits, feasibility, and installation process. Negotiation & Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets through effective negotiation. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Field Visits: Travel to client locations, conduct site inspections, and provide on-ground support. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and report progress to the management. Requirements: Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (EE) is required. Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in sales. Skills: Excellent communication, customer interaction, and problem-solving skills. Mindset: Smart, proactive, and eager to learn.
