We aim to help homeowners and businesses transition to clean and renewable energy while reducing electricity costs. Job Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to generate leads for rooftop solar installations. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and online sources. Explain the benefits of rooftop solar solutions and assess customer interest. Generate and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the company’s target criteria. Schedule site visits or meetings for the field sales team. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Address customer inquiries and provide basic product information. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or telecalling (solar/renewable energy preferred). Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and generate interest in solar solutions. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and calling software. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
