Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote CodeBlend Labs
Understand client requirements and explain suitable solutions
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and follow-up details in CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.
Provide exceptional communication and maintain a professional tone at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic understanding of IT/software services (training will be provided).
Strong persuasion skills and the ability to handle objections.
Good listening, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation. Especially in IT or service-based companies.
Confidence, positive attitude, and target-oriented approach.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain relationships.
