Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to provide solutions to customers, drive sales, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Technical Consultation & Support: Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their applications. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends. Provide technical training to customers and internal teams. Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and present technical proposals and commercial quotations. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and provide insights for strategic planning. Post-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales service and technical support. Collaborate with the service team to address technical issues. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Proven experience in technical sales or engineering sales (minimum [X] years). Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills:Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., industrial equipment, automation, etc.]. Familiarity with CAD software or other technical tools.
