Job Location - Vadodara , Ahmedabad & Rajkot

JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development & Field Sales

• Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market mapping and field activities.
• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, site visits, and networking.
• Support the senior sales team in converting enquiries into orders.

Customer Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with plant engineers, maintenance teams, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for technical and commercial support.
• Arrange product and service demonstrations, site discussions, and technical meetings.

Sales Support & Coordination

• Assist in preparing quotations and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Track enquiries, leads, and customer interactions in CRM and reports.
• Coordinate with internal back-end teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Gather competitor information and market insights from field activities.
• Update daily activity and visit reports in the company CRM.
• Submit travel and expense claims in line with company policies.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in industrial sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field.
• Basic technical understanding with a strong eagerness to learn.
• High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
