Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Generate and qualify leads in assigned territory or industry segments.
Understand customer requirements, provide technical consultation, and recommend suitable solutions from the companys product portfolio.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close orders in line with sales targets.
Coordinate with the application engineering and service teams for demonstrations, trials, and after-sales support.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Job Specification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial products, tools, or capital equipment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Power, Wind, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
