Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads in assigned territory or industry segments.
  • Understand customer requirements, provide technical consultation, and recommend suitable solutions from the companys product portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close orders in line with sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the application engineering and service teams for demonstrations, trials, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales of industrial products, tools, or capital equipment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial markets such as Oil & Gas, Power, Wind, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
