Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share in Gujarat.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Wind, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the applications/technical team.
Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company norms.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports through CRM or prescribed tools.
Liaise with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and customer meets within the assigned territory.

Job Specification:

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (preferred), or Graduation with strong technical sales experience.
6–10 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in bolting systems, hydraulics, or capital equipment.
Prior experience managing Gujarat region sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Based at the Head Office with willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to other regions as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
