Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share in Gujarat.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Wind, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the applications/technical team.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company norms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and reports through CRM or prescribed tools.
  • Liaise with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and customer meets within the assigned territory.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (preferred), or Graduation with strong technical sales experience.
  • 6–10 years of proven experience in industrial sales, preferably in bolting systems, hydraulics, or capital equipment.
  • Prior experience managing Gujarat region sales will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Based at the Head Office with willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally to other regions as required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
