Meeting clients, finding business opportunities, answering client queries, introducing new products in the market, new customer acquisition, maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Title- Sales Engineer/Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

(Only Male Candidates must apply, candidate must have his own bike, travel allowance will be given by the company)

Pay Grade- ₹10,000-₹50,000, Pay Grade completely depends up on past performance, past record, industry experience, skill set, ability to acquire new clients, willingness to show extra initiative, target achievement etc.

Reporting Person- Director of the company. Department- Sales Shift: 10 am to 7 pm,
Monday to Saturday. Location: Indore

Minimum Qualification: UG in Management/Engineering or any other relevant field.

Minimum Work Experience: 1 year in Sales- Field Role, Freshers may apply

Job Summary: This particular role in Sales is of utmost importance. The candidate has to do the market analysis and find ways to penetrate in the market by systematic cold calls, planned visits, and spot opportunities in the market. The Sales person will be the person responsible for improving brand awareness, brand visibility, engaging with maximum number of prospects and identify customer pain points. Provide customers with the best solutions and help the customer to decide the best product. Equally important to study the market trends, study the competition and find innovative ways to generate business.

• A candidate with 1-4 years of experience in the field of Industrial Sales would be most preferred, candidates from other fields may apply.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• The candidate would be responsible for generating enquiries, closing orders, coordinating with customers, developing the business by finding new leads and opportunities.

• Closing the monthly targets for orders, coordinating order executions and closures.

• Candidate should be willing to go on tours to areas like Neemuch, Ratlam, Ujjain,

Pithampur, adjoining areas in MP.

• Data entry in the CRM Software, preparing plans for visits and making reports for the same.
• Tapping and developing the area and capturing market data. Further details to be shared during an interview.
