We are expanding our Hoists Division and are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our Indore team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Engineer – Hoists Division, you will be responsible for driving business development, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for Kito Hoists and related lifting solutions across industries. This role blends technical knowledge with business acumen to deliver the best-fit solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and engage potential customers in sectors such as automobile, manufacturing, steel, plastics, FMCG, and engineering industries.
• Conduct plant visits, presentations, and technical discussions with purchase, projects, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Coordinate with the internal service & spares team to ensure smooth execution and after-sales support.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Maintain and expand the customer base in assigned territories through regular visits and relationship-building.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B industrial sales (Hoists, Cranes, Material Handling, Compressors, or Capital Equipment preferred). Freshers with strong aptitude for sales may also apply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within Madhya Pradesh.
