We’re looking to onboard a Territory Sales Director to join a globally recognized software company that enables over 1.5 million developers to build modern user interfaces and embedded systems across industries. Headquartered in Finland and listed on Nasdaq, this firm plays a pivotal role in product lifecycle acceleration for customers in 180+ countries. Country Sales Director will lead and shape our client's software sales growth across India. You will : Define and drive territory-wide business plans and execution strategies Lead and mentor a seasoned enterprise sales team Oversee end-to-end deal structuring, pipeline growth, and forecasting Collaborate with reseller partners and align licensing/service strategies Negotiate enterprise-level software agreements and manage key accounts You Will Have : 10+ years of experience in software sales Proven leadership in managing large revenue targets and sales teams Familiarity with software development life cycles, licensing, and SaaS Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and coaching mindset This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven culture, enjoys leading from the front, and can blend strategic thinking with executional excellence. 📩 Interested or know someone who fits the bill?
