We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Sales Director to lead our IT Staff Augmentation & IT Services Business for India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Staff Augmentation, IT Sales, team leadership, and client engagement with a proven record of driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Define and execute the sales strategy to meet business goals and targets. Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in client organizations. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Partner with internal delivery, marketing, and solution teams to ensure client success. Create proposals, RFP responses, and negotiate contracts. Track and analyze sales KPIs, pipelines, and forecasts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in IT Staffing & Services Strong network of decision-makers in the enterprise IT space. Proven ability to manage large accounts and close multi-million-dollar deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
