Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
