Key Responsibilities

• Winning New Engagements for One Intellect in identified accounts in the BFSI Segment.
• Relationship Management in Existing Accounts
• Identifying leads in the existing and new accounts
• Mapping the key accounts and preparing detailed account plans (Stakeholders, product usage and vendors, leads)
• Rigorously following the sales and relationship discipline.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Understanding of software licensing, IT infra & Professional services spend and contracting Consultative Selling

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA and B.Tech
• 15+ years of experience in selling banking software in the India market
• Cloud Certifications are plus

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the company and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills
