Sales Development Representative(Saas) - Research Industry - 3 + Years - Remote working (US Shift)

Summary

Responsibilities

Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn engagement, and personalized email campaigns.
Build and manage a robust lead pipeline using CRM tools; identify decision-makers and understand their pain points.
Schedule and qualify a minimum of 4 high-quality meetings per week for the sales team.
Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handover of qualified leads and alignment on outreach strategy.
Track performance metrics including calls, emails, LinkedIn activity, and conversions; provide regular reports and insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and organizational value propositions to strengthen outreach.
Apply strong objection-handling techniques and continuously refine prospecting strategies.

Requirements

3 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Development/Lead Generation for US/UK markets.
Prior experience in working with SaaS, IT, or Consulting domains preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong objection-handling skills.
Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to work in US shifts (typically 5:30 PM 2:30 AM / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
Immediate joiners preferred.
