Job Location: Remote (Anywhere in India only)

Work Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (USA)/ 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Europe)

No. of positions: USA -2 people , Europe-2 people

About the Role:

We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our founding team and drive our outbound sales strategy in the US /Europe market. This is a foundational role where you'll build our sales pipeline from the ground up and work directly with company leadership.

What You'll Do:

Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Generate sales-qualified leads and book meetings

    with decision-makers at SMBc(Small to medium-sized business) companies
  • Target the

    accounting and media industries

    across the

    US/Europe markets

  • Execute multi-channel

    outbound campaigns

    through

    cold calling, email, and LinkedIn

  • Deploy

    Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    tactics for target accounts

Sales Execution

  • Qualify and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records
  • Partner with the founding team on sales strategy and messaging

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Experience

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales development

    experience with strong

    US/Europe market

    exposure
  • Proven

    cold calling expertise

    with high daily dial volume
  • Track record of consistently hitting

    SDR quotas and metrics

  • Hands-on experience with

    outbound sales platforms (Outplay, Outreach, or similar)

Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills for engaging US/Europe-based prospects
  • An entrepreneurial mindset suited for an early-stage startup environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform during US/Europe business hours
  • Results-oriented with focus on metrics and pipeline quality
  • Resilient and persistent in the face of rejection

  • Understanding of SMB buying behaviors and sales cycles
