Job Description

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced SDR to join our team. Initially, you will focus on driving sales of our engagement technology solutions within the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to expand your portfolio to include real estate and large-scale events as you develop. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and other lead generation strategies.

* Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and challenges related to engagement with their audience and propose tailored solutions using our technology platform.

* Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demos, showcasing the value and benefits of our platform to key decision-makers.

* Proposal Development: Create professional sales proposals, outlining pricing, features, and customized solutions.

* Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring product adoption and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

* Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance.

Qualifications:

* Minimum experience of 1 year in tech sales, preferably with a focus on high-value sales.

* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to manage the entire sales process.

* Self-starter and street smart with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Prior Tech Sales experience.

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
