Sales Development Executive

Youll work closely with senior managers, learning how to research markets, engage decision-makers, and qualify leads for conversion setting the foundation for a strong career in business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Representation:

    Present directly to customers in assigned markets, promoting client brands through effective communication.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding preferences and developing interpersonal skills.
  • Business Growth:

    Support overall sales and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding market reach, improving customer retention, and achieving company growth targets.
  • Market Understanding:

    Gather insights from customer interactions and local market trends to help refine approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Goal Achievement:

    Work towards individual and team targets, contributing to overall business objectives whilst developing professionally within the role.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Coordinate with colleagues and team leaders to plan outreach activities, and work collaboratively to improve on-ground performance.
  • Reporting & Feedback:

    Maintain daily records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales performance to ensure smooth tracking and follow-up processes.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Participate in regular product and skill development sessions to enhance sales techniques and career growth within the organization.
