About the Role:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
  • Reach out to leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and outreach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay persistent.
  • Basic understanding of sales concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
