Sales Development Representative

Job Description Ability to effectively manage a pipeline, generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets Qualify and speak to inbound requests generated Represent Recur Club while engaging with new clients, educating, and optimizing for value and brand awareness Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage business development executives for next steps Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook Partner with other teams to provide market intelligence that enables better Decision-making in strategic areas like product development, product improvement, market strategies among other things What We Value Utilize CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities Proactively seek new business opportunities and thrive in the startup ecosystem Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues Showcase Ownership of the clientele / leads assigned Entrepreneurial spirit, hunger for knowledge and passion for creating value to the customer Requirements Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/ Economic Honors) from marquee college 1-3 years of BDR/SDR experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets is preferred Strong communication and written and skills Financial acumen is a must have for this role Strong desire and ability to move up within business development team Show more Show less
