  • Netcore Cloud is hiring for Sales Development Associates — Fresher/Entry Level (Thane).
  • About the Role-
  • Full-time, office-based program in designed for talented freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of work experience in #insidesales or #salesdevelopment who are passionate about starting a long-term career in #SaaS sales.
  • Selected candidates will receive formal training in outbound sales development, cold calling, and #Outbound SaaS consultative selling before joining the company’s core Sales Development team.
  • Key Responsibilities-
  • Participate actively in a sales bootcamp/training program focused on SaaS sales skills, cold calling, and modern outbound development.
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Research prospects, understand their business needs, and set up meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for outreach, leads, and qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and take feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Pre-requisites-
  • Graduate in any discipline; freshers, recent graduates, and candidates with up to 1 year of work experience are welcome.
  • Good spoken English and communication skills.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in sales, cold calling, and commercial conversations.
  • High energy, persistence, and willingness to learn and accept feedback.
  • MBA or candidates with advanced degrees are welcome but not mandatory.
  • Experience in cold calling/telemarketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Location: Mumbai (Thane)
  • Salary + Incentives/Bonus based on qualification, skills and experience.
