Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager- International Growth with a proven track record of success in handling western clients (US & Europe). At MoveInSync, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by generating high-quality leads and creating opportunities for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales

approach, and the ability to understand and articulate our value proposition to potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Represent MoveInSync products and services using comprehensive knowledge and consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities

  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email campaigns to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads

  • Identify the specific needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services from our portfolio

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through research and networking

  • Set up and coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and account executives

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas of qualified leads and opportunities Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce CRM

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product developments

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales development or similar role, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology

  • Proven experience working with western clients (US & Europe) with an understanding of cultural nuances

  • Track record of consistently exceeding lead and opportunity targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to conduct effective business conversations

  • Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling techniques

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and email marketing tools

  • Experience in consultative selling approach and solution-based conversations Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the transportation, mobility, or enterprise SaaS industry Knowledge of account-based marketing and selling strategies

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools Experience with automated email sequences and sales engagement platforms Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and decision-making processes Prior success in a role requiring international communication and collaboration
