Sales Development Representative

You will play a crucial role as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our team, where your primary focus will be on cold calling potential clients, particularly sellers, to secure their loyalty towards our digital marketing services. Your success in this role will rely on your ability to confidently engage with prospects over the phone, possess a fundamental understanding of digital marketing, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our services to business owners. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound cold calls to sellers and business owners, showcasing and advocating for our digital marketing solutions such as SEO, social media, PPC, and web design, identifying the needs of potential clients and illustrating how our services can fulfill those needs, handling objections and rejections with professionalism, scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales representatives, or directly finalizing deals, and maintaining a CRM system with precise and current information. To excel in this role, you should demonstrate exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, exhibit confidence and resilience when engaging in cold calling activities, possess a basic comprehension of digital marketing principles, showcase strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and have the capacity to work autonomously while achieving set sales targets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for performance bonuses. The work location for this role is in person, providing you with the chance to interact directly with potential clients and contribute significantly to our sales efforts.,
