Sales Development Representative (SDR)


This is a key role for our fast-growing business, to maintain our CRM as a competitive advantage while monitoring industry trends to identify target companies and implementing new approaches to acquiring and nurturing leads.



Database Management & Data Quality

  • Maintain and optimize CRM with clean, enriched prospect data for sales and marketing teams
  • Research and update prospect profiles with comprehensive contact information and company intelligence
  • Implement new tools and processes to improve data quality and accessibility



Competitive Research & Lead Generation

  • Monitor pharmaceutical industry publications and competitor activities to identify target companies
  • Use LinkedIn, industry databases, and market research to generate qualified leads
  • Create detailed company profiles and identify key decision-makers



Outreach & Process Optimization

  • Design personalized outreach campaigns using email automation and social media
  • Set qualified appointments between prospects and sales team
  • Continuously improve processes and implement new technologies for better efficiency
  • Provide weekly reporting with optimization recommendations



Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years in sales development, business development, or market research
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn and email automation
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong research and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and identify process improvements



Preferred Skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors
  • Familiarity with industry databases and competitive research tools
  • Track record of implementing process optimizations or new technologies
