Role Overview

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling:

  Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients to generate appointments.

• Cold Emailing:

  Create and execute email sequences after understanding each client’s value proposition.

• Sales Pitching:

  Clearly present product information, features, and benefits to prospects.

• Relationship Building:

  Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Follow-Up:

  Track and manage leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and hit sales targets.

• Market Research:

  Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 years in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Sales Skills:

  Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
