Job Description: Sales Development Representative

Position: Sales Development Representative

Department: Business Development

Location: In office

Reporting to: Sales Manager / Business Head

Experience: 13 years in outbound/cold calling in B2B or digital marketing space preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in the US, UK, Canada, and

Australia through online search

  • Call and pitch digital marketing services with a focus on SEO
  • Qualify prospects by identifying needs, challenges, and current service providers
  • Schedule discovery calls or transfer hot leads to the core sales team
  • Maintain accurate call records and manage CRM updates
  • Meet or exceed KPIs such as daily call volumes and monthly lead targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling and lead qualification
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media, and Content Marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with tools like Skype, Google Sheets, HubSpot/Zapier (optional)

KPIs:

  • 150-200 cold calls/day
  • 20-30 qualified leads/month
  • 2–3 appointments booked or Call transfer per day
