About the Role:

Sales Development Representative (SDR)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research and understand IT products, services, and market trends to engage prospects effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
  • Attend product training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with prospects.
  • Basic understanding of IT products or eagerness to learn about cloud, SaaS, software, or digital services.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva, Content Writing.


Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Diploma in Business and Sales, Marketing, IT, MBA, BE, B.Tech or any related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role.
