Job Description

Position Summary:As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for managing/assisting in day-to-day Business Development activities such as generating leads, cold calling, database creation, proposal writing, assisting EyeROV’s operations team liaising with the client and increase EyeROV’s visibility in social media and in national/international conferences, exhibitions, seminars, etcPrimary Roles

Sales:

To research and create a database of Leads/prospective clientsCold Calls & Mails to Prospective Clients for QualificationRegular follow-ups and Requirement Validations from LeadsUnderstand the client's requirements and prepare the techno- commercial proposalTender Document Preparations and submissionsBe company’s representative and “Single Point of Contact” for certain business areas inclusive of Business Development and Promotional events like presentations, client mailings and articles in trade journals, organize and attend relevant Trade Shows /Exhibitions, Fairs etcPost Sales Follow-ups on work completion certificates and payments

Marketing:

Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including Blog posts, Social media marketing to increase EyeROV visibility and client trafficResponsible for the preparation of the Monthly Newsletter, E-Mail/WhatsApp Campaigns for product awarenessTechnical Blogs w.r.t to product to increase the inbound leadsCreating product videos and presentations for marketing.Secondary RolesIdentification of future key projects and contractor/alliance requirements.Visit to nearby client locations for Presentations and TendersAssisting in planning and execution of the projects/sales wonStudy on Competitors and keeping track of their activities

Skills

Excellent communication skills English & HindiSelf Starter and willingness to make cold callsResearch and Reasoning capabilities to find out leadsFlexibility to work on multiple and varied projectsExcellent communicator and relationship builderAbility to learn and understand technical specifications and requirements.Added AdvantageWorked in the Industry - Marine / Oil & Gas / Hydro / PowerMasters Degree in Business (MBA)

Experience

0 - 3 YearsQualificationMinimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Mechanical/ Civil/Marine/ Any other Stream with relevant experience can be considered)
