Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Key Responsibilities

• Make

  5070 outbound calls daily

  and send structured follow-up emails.
• Leverage

  LinkedIn and other prospecting channels

  to identify and engage potential clients.
• Schedule

  product demos/meetings

  for Sales Leaders and Presales teams.
• Maintain

  accurate and updated CRM records

  with lead activity and engagement details.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of meetings booked.
• Conversion of qualified leads to sales opportunities.
• Consistent daily/weekly outreach volumes.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience

  in B2B sales / inside sales / lead generation.
• Proven track record in

  qualifying leads and setting up meetings

  .
• High-energy, resilient, and target-driven individual.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over calls.

• Fluency in English and Hindi

  is mandatory; proficiency in at least one regional language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience with

  CRM tools

  (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) will be an advantage.
