It enables recruiters to conduct interviews more efficiently and at a lower cost with an AI Interview assistant that facilitates smarter interviews, offering deeper insights for better decision-making.


SDR

Business Development / Partnership / Sales Development Representative (SDR)


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

    Research and identify potential customers using various tools (LinkedIn, CRM, industry databases), and reach out via phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Cold Outreach:

    Execute outbound campaigns to engage and qualify inbound and cold leads for the sales team.
  • Customer Discovery:

    Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and buying intent.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Sr. Leadership and Marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
  • CRM Management:

    Accurately track and update all lead activity and progress in the CRM system.
  • Metrics Driven:

    Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email outreach, meeting bookings, and conversion rates.
  • Feedback Loop:

    Share insights and learnings from prospect conversations to help refine messaging, targeting, and product positioning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or business development role (B2B tech sales experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High energy, persistence, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
