About the Role

Sales Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads through outbound calls, emails, and other online channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our platform to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, deal size, sales cycle length) and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions, from initial contact to post-sale support.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and sales strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Completed undergraduate degree (no current college students).
  • Background in Business, Marketing, Sales, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet sales goals.
  • Professionalism, resilience, and a passion for driving revenue growth.
