Job Description

As an SDR Intern at this company located in Kankarbagh, Patna, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team for a duration of 6 months, with the potential for full-time conversion based on your performance. The stipend for this role is 10000/Month. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads. - Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations and schedule meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain, update, and track CRM data to ensure accuracy of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. - Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and messaging strategies. - Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. - Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion. - Provide timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects to build strong relationships. - Share feedback and insights from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. - Support the sales team in pipeline building, campaign execution, and reporting activities.
