About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR)

who can manage lead generation and outreach, while also contributing to marketing

activities such as email campaigns, social media promotions, and content coordination.

The ideal candidate is someone who can balance sales prospecting with marketing

support to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Sales

Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing,

LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.

Maintain and update the status with accurate lead and activity information.

Follow up with prospects consistently to keep them engaged in the pipeline.

Understand customer pain points and position the company’s solutions effectively.

Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.


Marketing :

  • Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the team on content creation (case studies, brochures, social
  • posts).
  • Manage basic social media posting and lead nurturing activities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.


Required Skills :

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Good understanding of B2B sales process and lead qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Apollo.io,Mailchimp, HubSpot,

LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Ability to create simple marketing content (emails, messages, social posts).
  • Comfortable working with targets and timelines.
  • Proactive, persistent, and organized.


Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in IT/ERP/software services (good to have).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
  • Any basic certification in marketing or sales is a plus.
