About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to join our founding sales team. This is a target-based position with high earning potential for results-driven individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and the drive to build client relationships from scratch. You'll be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of IT services including web design & development, software development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, digital marketing, and Logo & branding services. As a founding team member, you'll help establish PropelXP as a trusted technology partner while building our sales processes and client base from the ground up. Your earnings are directly tied to your sales achievements - the more you sell, the more you earn!

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients for IT services (web development, software development, mobile apps, e-commerce, digital marketing, branding)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹2,00,000 - ₹3,00,000
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry meetups
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services and digital solutions
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
  • Willingness to learn about technical products and services
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Local language proficiency (Hindi) along with English
  • Ability to travel locally for client meetings
  • Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of sales experience welcome

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in IT services sales or B2B sales
  • Knowledge of web technologies, software development, or digital marketing
  • Experience with lead generation and prospecting
  • Understanding of the local business ecosystem in Bihar/Eastern India
  • Experience with social media and digital networking
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and solutions
  • Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience
  • Strong network of local business contacts
  • Experience with online sales tools and platforms
  • Certification in sales or business development

Benefit Summary

Target-based sales position with Competitive base salary + commission (5-10% of project value). Monthly targets ₹2-3 lakh with earning potential up to ₹30,000+/month. Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
