Sales Cum recruiter

As a Sales cum Recruiter at our leading job portal dedicated to simplifying and enhancing the recruitment process, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Sales (B2B): - Identify and approach potential employers/clients to offer our job portal services. - Pitch job posting packages, database access, and other hiring solutions. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Conduct client demos and presentations to explain product features and benefits. - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on inquiries. - Recruitment: - Understand client hiring requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly. - Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. - Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates. - Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update job postings. - Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with job portals, ATS, or CRM tools is a plus. - Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing methods.
