This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands the recruitment landscape, and has a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (B2B):

  • Identify and approach potential employers/clients to offer our job portal services.
  • Pitch job posting packages, database access, and other hiring solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Conduct client demos and presentations to explain product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.

Recruitment:

  • Understand client hiring requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update job postings.
  • Ensure a high level of candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with job portals, ATS, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent sourcing methods.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
