Job Description

Role Overview:

The Sales, CRM & Marketing Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination between the Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams. The role involves monitoring departmental performance, ensuring timely communication, supporting execution of marketing & sales initiatives, and conducting weekly review meetings to track progress. This position plays a critical role in aligning teams towards achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across projects.
  • Monitor site visits, booking pipeline, and conversion ratios.
  • Support sales team with lead assignment, follow-up tracking, and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports for management review.

CRM Coordination

  • Ensure all customer interactions and updates are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Track customer queries, complaints, and resolution timelines.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback loops.
  • Support CRM team in executing referral schemes, loyalty programs, and handover coordination.

Marketing Coordination

  • Track ongoing campaigns (digital, print, events, broker meets) and monitor leads generated.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain marketing calendar and ensure alignment with sales campaigns.
  • Track marketing spends vs. budget utilization.

Departmental Progress & Meetings

  • Conduct

    weekly review meetings

    with Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams to track progress, challenges, and action plans.
  • Consolidate minutes of meetings and follow up on pending tasks.
  • Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for management on Sales, CRM, and Marketing KPIs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work across teams.
