About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the plastic industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of orders. This role requires strong coordination, follow-up, and customer service skills to contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.
  • Handle inquiries from existing and potential customers and provide timely responses.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance tracking.
  • Support the sales team in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service support.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in the Plastic / Packaging / Manufacturing industry).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
