Sales Coordinator – Zomax Skill Services (Delhi, India)

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong communication skills, confidence, and an impressive personality to join our growing team in Delhi.


Job Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the key link between our clients, sales executives, and internal departments. You’ll handle client meetings, manage demos, maintain documentation, and coordinate day-to-day sales activities.

This role requires a confident, well-organized professional who can manage multiple responsibilities, communicate effectively, and help the team achieve its targets.


  • Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the sales team in meeting monthly targets and objectives.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and presentations.
  • Manage sales documentation, quotations, and follow-up reports.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure timely updates in CRM.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication and support.
  • Prepare periodic sales performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.


  • Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle client queries and provide professional demos
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Smart, confident, and impressive personality with a professional attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and detail-focused


Job Details:

📍 Location: 146, First Floor, Vardhaman Premium Mall, Opposite Kali Mata Mandir, Deepali Chowk, Pitam Pura, Delhi-110034

🕒 Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
