Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the sales team in meeting monthly targets and objectives. Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and presentations. Manage sales documentation, quotations, and follow-up reports. Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner. Maintain customer databases and ensure timely updates in CRM. Follow up with leads generated through marketing and sales campaigns. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies. Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining consistent communication and support. Prepare periodic sales performance reports and share insights with management. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
