Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Delhi (Near Pul Bangash Metro Station)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM software.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and after-sales support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales support or customer service.
Knowledge of sales processes and documentation.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,690.81 - ₹30,720.51 per month
