Job Description

  1. Coordinate sales efforts, including preparing sales materials, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales databases.
  2. Assist sales representatives with lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closing.
  3. Manage sales orders, process transactions, and ensure timely delivery.
  4. Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and supporting sales representatives.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  6. Handle order processing, from receiving orders to coordinating with the logistics team for delivery.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  8. Identify, address and resolve customer related issues promptly.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  10. Do Tally sales & close the deals
  11. Communicate clearly with the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  12. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  13. Create and analyze sales reports to provide insights and track performance.
  14. Write emails, reports, and other documents professionally.
  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
