Job Description

Post: Sales coordinator for Industrial equipment manufacturing co at Sainikpuri, Secundarabad. Gender: Female Minimum 5 year experience as a sales coordinator in manufacturing co. CTC: Maximum gross up to 35 K PM Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Administration: Prepare and submit quotations and price calculations based on customer inquiries and specifications.  Process and manage sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.  Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials, presentations, and sales-related equipment.  Customer & Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing queries, and providing after-sales support.  Inform clients of potential delays or issues with their orders.  Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.  Internal Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, production, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations.  Facilitate communication between the sales team and other relevant departments.  Team & Performance Support: Assist the sales team in managing schedules and activities.  Monitor sales team progress, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to boost performance.  Support the team in achieving sales targets and provide data for sales analysis.  Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is often preferred, though candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.  Experience: Prior experience in sales support or an administrative role within an engineering or manufacturing company is advantageous.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, and experience with ERP systems for order and data management.  Soft Skills: Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage schedules, files, and data efficiently.  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and internal interaction.  Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and data management.  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address customer issues and propose improvements.  Proactiveness & Teamwork: A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills to support and motivate the sales team.  If your experience suits our JD, Pl share your updated resume to our consultant 8220161206 mail id : admin@banyantalenthr.com
