· Prepare and maintain sales documentation including contracts, agreements, and invoices.
· Track sales leads, update CRM systems, and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
· Prepare regular MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.
· Serve as the first point of contact for routine client queries and ensure quick resolution.
· Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth order processing and service delivery.
· Support the organization of sales meetings, reviews, and client presentations.
· Ensure adherence to company processes, policies, and quality standards.
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interaction.
