Job Summary: We are seeking result-oriented and experienced Sales Managers for our Softlines division (Textiles, Dyes & Chemicals, Leather & Footwear) at Mumbai/Tirupur/ Noida/Kolkata/Chennai locations. The role will focus on driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships, while positioning Testtex as a trusted partner for quality and compliance testing services. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Softlines vertical in assigned regions. Identify and acquire new clients in the Textiles, Dyes & Chemicals, Leather & Footwear industries. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver seamless customer service. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory updates to identify business opportunities. Represent Testtex at client meetings, trade shows, and industry networking events. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business updates to senior management. Key Skills · Proven track record in B2B sales within testing, inspection, certification or allied industries. · Knowledge of Textile, Dyes & Chemicals, Leather & Footwear sectors and compliance requirements. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to build relationships and manage key accounts effectively. · Target-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. · Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tool experience preferred. · Willingness to travel.
