Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: [Nangli Sakrawati]-Najafgarh

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in managing leads, tracking progress, and following up with clients.

Prepare and maintain sales presentations, proposals, contracts, and related documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Order Processing:

Handle customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for customer orders.

Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams and update customers on delivery status.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Schedule sales meetings, client appointments, and product demonstrations for the sales team.

Coordinate sales events, promotional activities, and trade shows as required.

Ensure the timely distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral to the team and clients.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management about customer needs and market conditions.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar role.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Experience in [industry-specific sales experience, e.g., technology, pharmaceuticals, retail].

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, [weekdays], with occasional travel or evening hours for client meetings or events.
